Vision is realised in steps of change, achieved by the realisation of goals – identifying where you want to be next and harnessing the creativity to get you there without stifling it’s effect.

XSPAND has been developed from proven project management principles to create a control process that is easy to understand and use for smaller projects, for people who are new to project management. For smaller projects, the whole process can be compressed and delivered rapidly in a few hours or used for larger programmes of work spread over extended periods of time.

The focus of the XSPAND process is always about identifying your goals and generating creative solutions to achieve them.

X | we begin with brainstorming ideas – lots of ideas – before selecting the ones that create energy for the customer and supplier.

S | Those ideas are then set against the original goals to determine a clear strategy to move forward.

P | With a clear strategy, we will agree who’s doing what, and when.

A | Time for Action. Through the process we continually Assess progress against the original goals, keeping the client ‘in the loop’ all the way.

N | We want our clients to understand what they’ve got, so that they can maximise the benefit. The New needs to become Normal in their organsiation. This can be done through workshops and supported with clear documentation, but ultimately how is about what suits the client’s needs.

D | We’re always willing to help but we never want to create unhealthy dependencies, so when the client is happy we will step back…until next time.
